I am a  creative from deep in the heart of San Antonio Texas. Easy going, a jack of all trades, and perpetually hangry. 

 

I find joy in being able to connect with my community through my creative pursuits. It gives me a sense of purpose, and makes me feel like I’m not the only weirdo around here. 

 

 I find myself lucky to have been drawn to a certain path my whole life. There was never a doubt in my mind. Art was always going to be my beginning, middle, and hopefully my legacy. 

 

I’ve always been drawn to the wild child, raw, and real in pretty much every aspect of my life. People and things that find confidence in the the aspects of life that would usually be regarded as imperfect, tacky, kitschy…

 

That’s me! 

 

Im a believer of, “no shame”. I use my artwork as a form of therapy so being able to express emotion and explore my identity through my work is very important to me. I think it’s easy to want to sensor ourselves, most of us just want some acceptance. Personally I feel I’d be doing a disservice by not sharing with the world what makes me different. Artists and people alike should  have the ability to let their freak flag fly, and celebrate uniqueness. 

 

That being said, I am passionate about the togetherness. Sure selling a painting or two is great and all, but When someone takes the time to stop and look, can relate, and resonate with one of my pieces, that is the definition of success to me.
